After co-founding Maverix Metals Inc. in 2016, Mr. O'Rian served as its CEO. In 2022, Maverix Metals sold for more than US$700 million to Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. He has worked as an executive officer in the mining sector and in investment banking for 20 years. Prior to Alamos Gold's 2013 acquisition of Esperanza Resources, Mr. O'Rian served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Daniel formerly served as a director in the investment banking division of Scotia Capital in Vancouver, as well as the Executive Vice President of two gold development firms that were both bought.They only dealt with the mining and metals industry, where he was an expert in advising clients on debt and equity financings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and hostile takeover defenses. Mr. O'Rian graduated with honors from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

With an emphasis on mining and the royalties industry, Ms. O'Mullen has over 20 years of financial expertise working in a range of industries. Ms. O'Mullen has overseen risk management, treasury, regulatory, and financial reporting operations throughout her career. She has held a number of other finance positions in the mining industry, such as at two mid-tier gold mining businesses where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, a U.S. listing, and the creation and administration of a gold sales department.
Ms. O'Mullen is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), a director on the board of Lundin Mining, and she most recently served as chair of the Audit and Finance Committee during her four-year term as a director on the board of BC Hydro, which ran from 2021 to 2024.

Craig has worked in the mining industry for more than 20 years. Craig held the positions of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Alio Gold until it was sold to Argonaut Gold and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Alexco Resource Corp. until it was acquired by Hecla Mining before joining GAM 168. He has worked with Capstone Mining (formerly Capstone Copper) in positions with progressively more responsibility in operations, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, and business development. Craig also worked in investment banking for 12 years, advising mining clients on the execution of over $15 billion in mergers and acquisitions. Craig graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Paul provides a unique perspective and a wide range of talents to GAM 168, having worked in corporate finance, M&A, capital raising, engineering studies, operations, investor relations, and public company management for more than 15 years in the mining business. Paul held the positions of Vice President, Investment Banking at National Bank Financial and CFO and Vice President, Business Development at PureGold Mining before joining GAM 168. Paul began his career at Cameco Corporation (uranium) as an underground mining engineer. He has since held technical and operational positions with Rio Tinto (diamonds), Syncrude Canada (oilsands), Mosaic (potash), and JDS Energy & Mining. He graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and Colorado School of Mines with a Master of Science in Mineral and Energy Economics

Juan has worked in a variety of operational, project, technical, and corporate capacities during his more than 15 years in the resource industry. He was Director of Project Evaluations at Maverix Metals Inc. until Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. acquired the company before joining GAM 168. In addition, he has held a variety of operational, technical, and leadership positions at Kinross Gold Corporation and Capstone Mining Corp. (now Capstone Copper Corp.), covering several commodities and continents. Juan has a Master of Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mining and Mineral Processing Engineering from the University of British Columbia. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Prior to being purchased by Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. in 2023, Jacob served as Vice President of Corporate Development for Maverix Metals Inc., a royalty business with an emphasis on precious metals. Brent worked for Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets for ten years as a member of the investment banking group, specialized in the mining and metals industry, before joining Maverix. Jacob graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance.

Peter is a securities and corporate attorney who counsels businesses involved in the mining and natural resource industries. Peter's areas of expertise include stock exchange listings, public offerings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, options and joint ventures, and complex business and commercial transactions. Peter brings with him experience from a prestigious Vancouver-based law firm in addition to his in-house legal counsel experience with a number of mining and natural resource companies, such as Pathway Capital and Level 14 Ventures Ltd. Peter is still a practicing member of the Law Society of British Columbia, having earned his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of British Columbia and the University of Windsor, respectively

Josh has 15 years of expertise in finance, mostly in the mining and royalties industry. Josh worked as the Director of Financial Reporting at OceanaGold Corporation, the Corporate Controller at Maverix Metals Inc. until Triple Flag Precious Metals Corp. acquired it, and he spent eight years at PwC before joining GAM 168. Josh has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria, a Diploma in Accounting from the University of British Columbia, and a Chartered Professional Accountant qualification.

As a founding stakeholder, Eric has played a pivotal role in the development and establishment of GAM 168 Royalties from its founding in June 2022. In addition to being a founding shareholder, Eric was the president and then the CEO of Equinox Gold, a prominent mid-tier gold producer, until July 2025. Throughout his career, he has raised or structured more than $2 billion in loan and equity, and he has a long history of entrepreneurship, executive leadership, and mining MM&A. Eric has served as the CEO of JDL Gold, the founder and CEO of Anthem United, which is currently a part of Equinox Gold, the CEO of Solaris Resources, and other executive roles at mining firms.
